Jewelry Store Mission
Although providing value to jewelry and diamond customers is
of paramount importance to the Ruback family, customer
service is even more important to them. By employing only
family members, Ruback and Company can simultaneously keep
costs low and service high.
The Rubacks do not
believe that high-pressure sales tactics make for happy
jewelry purchasers. Rather, the Ruback family enjoys
spending lots of time with customers to make sure that they
feel entirely comfortable with whatever decision they may
choose to make. The Rubacks are not pleased until their
jewelry and diamond customers are pleased.
The Ruback family often spends hours helping customers pick
out the perfect diamond. The Rubacks combine vast diamond
experience with a high level of patience not possible in a
fast-paced jewelry store. The Rubacks see themselves as
teachers rather than as salespeople. . . and many customers
send their friends and family to the Rubacks for a thorough
diamond education. The Rubacks are always flattered when
given the opportunity to answer questions about diamonds.
Ruback and Company does not spend money on advertising like
many Kansas City jewelry stores. Instead, the Ruback family
relies upon happy customers who refer their friends and
family. This, of course, has the added benefit of keeping
Ruback and Company’s expenses much lower than most other
Kansas City jewelry stores. |
